Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist / AI/ML Scientist to develop innovative AI/ML-enabled Legal and Risk solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with GenAI, Graph-ML, and ML applications. You will work with a collaborative team of data scientists, ML/cloud engineers, and stakeholders, delivering real-world AI models with measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development of GenAI, Graph-ML, and traditional ML solutions, from prototype to production.
- Act as AI/ML subject matter expert aligning models and features with business and product needs.
- Build and maintain automated pipelines for model validation and quality assurance.
- Integrate third-party AI technologies responsibly and effectively.
- Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and translate insights into production-ready applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, build models, and deliver insights.
- Communicate complex AI/ML concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support special projects and strategic AI initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in NLP, Graph-ML, or Generative AI development.
- 5+ years of hands-on programming using Python, PySpark, or similar.
- Experience with LLMs and tools like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
- Proven ability to build and scale AI/ML solutions in production environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in client-facing or consulting roles.
- Background in IT or software product development with AI/ML applications.
- Contributions to the AI/ML community via publications, open-source, or blogs.
