Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IIQ Integration Developer to support identity and access management initiatives. This role involves developing integrations and managing access governance using SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta SSO, and Azure. The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background and extensive experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Research, design, implement, and manage secure software programs.
• Develop and test new system integrations and access control features.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, systems analysts, project managers, and architects.
• Deliver Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with SailPoint IIQ.
• Develop APIs to manage access policies and integrate external applications.
• Integrate and maintain Okta and Azure SSO configurations.
• Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable application deployments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.

6	Required	Agile/Scrum methodology solution delivery
6	Required	Collaborating on SailPoint IIQ deployment plans with cross-functional teams
4	Required	Hands-on SailPoint IIQ development (workflows, rules, connectors, policies, configurations)
4	Required	Okta SSO integration experience
4	Required	API service development for access policies and request integrations
2	Preferred	Experience with Texas State Agencies

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Azure AD SSO.
• Prior experience with government or public sector environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
