Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and integration architecture. This role is critical in helping our client streamline and secure identity flows across enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Salesforce, Oracle IAM, and industry-standard security protocols.
Key Technical Skills Required:
- Salesforce IAM Expertise – Deep understanding of identity models and IAM features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Oracle IAM Knowledge – Familiarity with Oracle Identity Governance and Oracle Access Manager.
- F5 – Experience with F5 for access and application delivery security.
- ADFS (Active Directory Federation Services) – Configuration and integration experience.
- SAML / OAuth2 – Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting authentication protocols.
- Integration Experience – End-to-end system integration, particularly between cloud platforms and on-prem solutions.
- Vendor Products – Hands-on experience with third-party IAM/security tools and platforms.
- Security & Industry Protocols – Strong understanding of IAM best practices, regulatory standards, and enterprise security protocols.
Additional Core Competencies:
- Business Acumen – Able to align technical IAM strategies with business objectives.
- Big Picture Thinking – Capable of driving architectural vision across enterprise systems.
- Architecture Standards – Proven experience in establishing and adhering to architectural best practices and standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Prototyping – Ability to design and prototype IAM solutions rapidly for stakeholder validation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7+ years of experience in IAM, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce-related IAM work.
- Background in enterprise architecture or technical consultancy preferred.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale system integration.
- Previous experience in regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus.
