Position: Delivery Agile Program Manager with Oil and Gas Experience

Location: Houston, TX - Onsite 4 days a week.

Duration: 6+ Months

Client – Publicis Sapient

Interview Process: * 1-2 video interview and client interview

Note: Who worked for Publicis Sapient in the past- ideally in Oil and Gas or Energy.

 

***  Publicis is looking for the candidates having experience in Large Scale Program Management

 Skills | Must-Haves:

• 5-7+ years of US based experience
• experience managing and dealing with global teams
• in-depth delivery experience required
• Azure DevOps experience
• Expertise in Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban and scaled Agile framework)
• Experience with collaboration tools including Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence
• Experience and understanding of digital technologies including Responsive Design for component based Content Management Systems, Digital Marketing Platforms and Web/Mobile Applications

 

Nice to Have Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• Oil & Gas industry experience preferred
• relevant certifications (i.e. CSM, CPSO, or SAFe)
