Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data Management) Interview Mode: Initial: Virtual Final: Face-to-Face (Mandatory for local candidates)   Work Authorization Accepted: US Citizens, Green Card holders, GC-EAD– Must be authorized to work and available for in-person interview if required Work Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 3 days/week onsite) Is Telecommuting possible? Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Work Environment: Corporate office setting – Collaborative, hybrid teams Who does this position report to? Project Manager / Data Program Lead Why is there a need for a consultant/contractor? Support ongoing and new Data Management initiatives; additional bandwidth needed due to growing project demands What is the start date of the contract? ASAP – Upon successful interview and onboarding What is the anticipated length/scope of the contract? Long-term contract (duration not explicitly defined) What is the size of department? Mid-sized department (10–20 team members, cross-functional data team) What projects will the consultant be involved with? • Data Management platform enhancements • Agile data integration and governance initiatives • Business and technical documentation for data lineage and design • Release coordination for data-driven applications   Responsibilities: • Act as liaison between business users and technical/data teams • Schedule and facilitate business requirements sessions • Write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) • Assist with Technical Design and Data Lineage Documents • Ensure technical designs align with business requirements • Track project progress, meeting follow-ups, and task statuses in JIRA • Coordinate release schedules and send communications • Support multiple priorities in an Agile, fast-paced team • Conduct stakeholder interviews for requirements gathering   Role with the group: Senior Technical Business Analyst – Agile Data Management Team   Required Skills: • 8+ years as a Technical Business Analyst • 8+ years working in Agile environments • 4+ years SQL experience (Oracle, SQL Server; MongoDB a plus) • 4+ years of Data Analysis and Troubleshooting • 4+ years writing Business Requirements, Technical Design, and Data Lineage Documents • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking ability • Excellent verbal and written communication   Desired Skills: • MongoDB experience • Experience with large-scale data integration projects • Knowledge of data governance or data quality practices   Selling Points of the Job: • Long-term contract with hybrid flexibility • Involvement in critical data transformation initiatives • Opportunity to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders • Stable project environment with clear Agile processes • Room for growth and possible extension or conversion   Work Hours and Schedule: Standard business hours – Some flexibility allowed No regular overtime expected   Is there travel involved?
