Position Overview:
The Senior Business Analyst will provide comprehensive support throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, documentation, and implementation support. This role will support the EPS Modernization Project and requires an experienced professional capable of working independently and mentoring others in business analysis best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Support:
- Conduct independent evaluations of existing business processes and efforts.
- Elicit, validate, prioritize, and document business and technical requirements.
- Document process changes to improve workflows and efficiency.
- Serve as a liaison between development teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Provide meeting agendas and minutes for designated meetings.
- Support the creation, submission, and approval coordination of project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with digital accessibility regulations and standards.
Testing & Validation:
- Create and execute test scripts.
- Prepare test data for various testing activities.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Test for accessibility conformance.
- Identify system gaps, report defects, and track issue resolution.
- Document outcomes and compile reports, including:
- Test Scripts
- Outcomes Reports
Implementation Support:
- Support Go-Live planning and execution.
- Capture and communicate changes to the implementation schedule.
- Update project documentation based on implementation results.
- Maintain work products and track changes through established change management processes.
- Compile Implementation Outcome Reports, including:
- Session Notes
- Requirements Change Management Reports
- Recommendations for future Go-Live planning
