Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Platform Development & Strategy
o Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow instances.
o Contribute to platform roadmap and enforce engineering standards.
o Guide solution design and implementation aligned with best practices.
· Module Implementation
o Develop and implement ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (SAM/HAM), CMDB, SecOps, and Service Request modules.
o Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server, user groups, and permissions.
· Integration & Automation
o Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications (e.g., ESRI, ARMIS, PDQ Inventory).
o Leverage REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers for automation and data exchange.
· Team Leadership & Collaboration
o Lead and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore).
o Manage task assignments, code quality, and release activities.
o Collaborate with stakeholders, business consultants, and SMEs.
· Testing & Documentation
o Conduct functional, system, integration, and performance testing.
o Provide technical documentation, training programs, and UAT support.
· Compliance & Security
o Ensure platform compliance with security standards.
o Remediate vulnerabilities and conduct access reviews.
Required Qualifications:
· Experience:
o 10-12+ years in ServiceNow development and engineering.
o 2+ years in team management and leadership roles.
o 3+ end-to-end ServiceNow implementations.
· Certifications:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
o Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, AngularJS
o Experience with CMDB, ITIL processes, and workflow automation
o Strong understanding of security, compliance, and data migration
· Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and documentation abilities
o Problem-solving and stakeholder management
o Adaptability and collaboration in client-facing environments
