🔍 About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Developer with strong ABAP skills and proven experience in S/4HANA Fashion and Retail environments. This position will play a critical role in delivering custom development, system integration, and performance enhancements across SAP Retail and DTC channels for a leading global cosmetics brand.
🛠️ Core Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain custom SAP solutions using ABAP in a S/4HANA Fashion & Retail environment
Interface with POS, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and external retail platforms
Support and enhance master data processes: article master, customer master, pricing, inventory
Build IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, OData Services, and SmartForms/Adobe Forms
Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs
Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and issue resolution
Ensure SAP coding and development best practices are followed
Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migrations
📚 Required Qualifications:
5+ years in SAP ABAP development (2+ years on S/4HANA)
Strong domain experience with SAP Fashion/Retail (article master, allocation, merchandise distribution)
Expertise in POS, eCommerce/DTC, and omnichannel system integrations
Deep understanding of Master Data in SAP S/4
Proficient with IDocs, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, and OData
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Comfortable working independently and in team environments
