Job Summary:
Seeking a UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting Consultant with strong experience in configuring, implementing, and optimizing UKG (formerly Kronos) Workforce Management solutions. The ideal candidate will enhance scheduling and timekeeping efficiency while ensuring labor compliance and system integration success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and implementation of UKG Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting modules
Gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Configure scheduling rules, pay codes, accruals, and timekeeping policies
Optimize scheduling processes to meet compliance and business needs
Handle data migration, integration, and reporting within UKG environments
Provide testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Deliver training and documentation to end-users
Support post-go-live and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
5+ years of experience with UKG/Kronos WFM implementations
Deep knowledge of Advanced Scheduling and Forecasting
Experience with labor compliance, union rules, and scheduling best practices
Skilled in system integrations using APIs/middleware
Strong configuration experience: pay rules, accruals, scheduling workflows
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
UKG/Kronos certifications preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) and Workforce Dimensions (WFD)
Knowledge of UKG Analytics, Business Intelligence
Integration experience with Dell Boomi, SAP, Workday
Background in project management for enterprise implementations.
