• Overall 7+ years of experience and at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing
• Experience of leading and executing complex Salesforce implementation testing projects
• Leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of Salesforce QA engineers, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective collaboration.
• Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in testing Salesforce applications, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds. Should have hands-on experience in Salesforce testing and willing to hands on along with leading the team
• Testing Methodologies: Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, and experience with different testing types (functional, integration, regression, performance, security).
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership & Mentoring: Proven experience in leading and mentoring a QA team.
SDLC Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
