Job Summary
We with strong hands-on expertise in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and Tableau. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain ETL processes, create interactive dashboards and reports, and ensure high-quality data delivery to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- ETL Development (SSIS)
- Design, build, and maintain robust ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources into data warehouses or databases.
- Optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot ETL failures and ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
- Reporting & Data Visualization
- Develop and maintain operational and analytical reports using SSRS.
- Build interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Tableau for various business functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable visualizations.
- Database & Data Management
- Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data extraction and analysis.
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all BI solutions.
- Perform data profiling and validation to support analytics and reporting needs.
- Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and end-users to deliver BI solutions aligned with business goals.
- Provide user training and documentation for BI tools and reports.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong hands-on experience with SSIS for ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SSRS for developing paginated and interactive reports.
- Strong Tableau development skills, including calculated fields, parameters, filters, and dashboard actions.
- Solid SQL querying skills with experience in stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).
- Other Skills:
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and visualize data effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and star/snowflake schemas.
- Knowledge of Tableau Server or Tableau Online administration.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of experience in with SSIS, SSRS, and Tableau.
