Overview:
We're seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager with strong CPQ and EMS expertise to join a growing team supporting. In this role, you'll collaborate with product and engineering leaders to define strategy, develop scalable product features, and ensure partner satisfaction as the company scales toward $30B+ revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Outbound Product Manager on roadmap and vision
Lead early ideation, prototyping, and UX collaboration
Translate partner/channel use cases into actionable requirements
Guide engineering teams in building market-driven solutions
Integrate user research and usability insights
Own end-to-end product lifecycle and ensure adoption
Communicate effectively across teams and to leadership
Coach junior PMs and influence cross-functional teams
Must-Have Skills:
8+ years in Product Management, preferably in tech/SaaS
Strong experience with CPQ and EMS systems
Background in ServiceNow Platform is highly preferred
Bachelor's in CS or technical field
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset
Skilled in gathering requirements, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder alignment
Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication.
