Job Description:
1. BW/4HANA Modeling:
o Experienced in BW/4HANA data modeling concepts.
o Experience with building CompositeProviders, Advanced DataStore Objects (ADSOs), and InfoObjects.
o Experienced in remodeling and harmonization of data models.
2. ABAP on HANA Skills:
o Proficiency in developing and optimizing ABAP code on HANA.
o Thorough understanding of HANA SQL scripting for performance optimization.
3. Data Warehousing Optimization Techniques:
o Skill in optimizing data loads and queries using best practices specific to HANA.
o Knowledge of data provisioning methods and tools.
4. BW/4HANA Operational Knowledge:
o Understanding of BW/4HANA system architecture and administration.
o Familiarity with process chains, data load management, and monitoring.
o Experience with migration tools and techniques for BW to BW/4HANA upgrades.
5. CDS Views and Extractor Building:
o Knowledge in building and utilizing Core Data Services (CDS) views for data extraction and reporting.
o Experience in creating custom extractor logic using CDS for real-time data access.
6. SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) (Nice to have)
o Ability to establish and maintain live data connections between SAC and BW/4HANA.
o Experience with designing interactive SAC dashboards and stories for reporting.
7. General Skills:
o Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and address data issues.
o Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with business and technical teams.
