Key Focus:
· Guidewire Cloud System and Solution support
· Experience with PolicyCenter and Integration Gateway Support
· Focus on the design, solutioning and Integration Buildout
· Testing, Automation and Scripting: Strong skills in scripting
· Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog, ELK etc.
· CI/CD Pipelines: Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment tools such as BitBucket, TeamCity, GitHub Enterprise, CloudBees
· Product Management, Updates/Upgrades
· Troubleshooting: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
· System Reliability and Performance: Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based systems
· Monitoring and Incident Response: Set up monitoring systems, respond to incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
· Security and Compliance: Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
· Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
· Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
