Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Agentic AI Developer to join a cutting-edge AI initiative. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI architectures, and autonomous system design, with hands-on experience in Python development, Google ADK, and Agentspace. Experience in AI-driven software testing automation is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents using Google ADK and Agentspace.
- Implement Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.
- Develop and optimize agentic workflows, including multi-agent collaboration and orchestration.
- Automate software testing using Gen AI / Agentic AI (test case generation, bug detection, regression analysis).
- Work with A2A communication protocols for agent negotiation and coordination.
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Apply MCP (Model Context Protocol) for contextual workflow management.
- Utilize frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel for orchestration.
- Apply prompt engineering, context management, and memory handling in agent systems.
- Contribute to AI safety, monitoring, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of overall IT/AI experience.
- Strong expertise in Python and scalable AI solution development.
- Proven experience with Agentic AI, Generative AI, and autonomous systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
