Project Scope:
- Salesforce customization for Child Welfare program
- Integration of Salesforce with stakeholder systems
- Copado & Copado Robotics Testing implementation
- Data migration from legacy systems
- Development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components
- Deployment following Salesforce best practices
Mandatory Technical Skills (Highlighted)
- 7+ years – Lightning Component Development ✅
- 7+ years – Apex development & Apex test creation/maintenance ✅
- 3+ years – Visualforce page development ✅
- 7+ years – Salesforce integrations with 3rd-party apps ✅
- 3+ years – Data migration from legacy systems ✅
- 1+ year – Copado ✅
- 1+ year – Copado Robotics Testing ✅

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions for Child Welfare program
- Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, workflows, etc.) to meet business needs
- Develop Apex classes, Apex tests, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components
- Integrate Salesforce with 3rd-party applications and stakeholder systems
- Conduct data migrations from legacy platforms into Salesforce
- Use Copado for deployment management and Copado Robotics Testing where applicable
- Create and maintain development documentation and diagrams
- Manage Jira Scrum/Kanban boards for tracking work
- Conduct JAD sessions to capture and clarify requirements
- Perform impact analysis for new requirements
- Review and remediate security vulnerabilities within deadlines
- Mentor team members and enforce coding/security standards
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases & best practices
