Job Summary:

Seeking a Senior Platform Engineer with a software engineering mindset to build internal tooling and automate infrastructure using Python, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Ideal for candidates with strong DevOps-adjacent experience but rooted in software development, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering.

Must-Have Skills:

• Programming & Automation: Python (4+ yrs), Shell scripting, Infrastructure as Code
• Platform Tools: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• CI/CD: 8+ yrs building pipelines, automating deployments, source control (Git), configuration management
• Microservices & Distributed Systems: Experience with large-scale system design, deployment, and orchestration
• Cloud Platforms: AWS and/or Azure (IaaS & PaaS)
• Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, logging, and diagnostics for distributed environments
• Databases: Strong in both SQL and NoSQL (including admin and architecture)
• Agile Environment: Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile/Scrum teams

• Build and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure
• Develop and support internal tooling using Python
• Lead efforts in deployment automation and performance monitoring
• Design and manage containerized environments and orchestration platforms
• Troubleshoot complex issues in distributed systems and microservices
• Collaborate across teams to support app development, cloud services, and infrastructure
