Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive Salesforce Developer experienced in Lightning (LWC/Aura) to join our team in NYC. You will lead development efforts across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, build integrations, and shape technical architecture for mission-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.

Build asynchronous processes with batch Apex, Queueables, and Platform Events.
-
Use SOQL and SOSL effectively in custom logic.
-
Write high‑quality test classes ensuring robust code coverage and reliability.
-
Implement and maintain features within Sales Cloud; Service Cloud experience preferred.
-
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST API, SOAP API, or messaging frameworks; experience with Boomi, ETL or middleware is a plus.
-
Provide architectural guidance and delivery recommendations based on business needs.
-
Analyze and translate requirements into Salesforce features and designs.
-
Debug Apex, LWC flows, and Process Builder using native developer tools and IDE analysis of logs.
-
Support a structured release management process—deployment via change sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines.
-
Implement and uphold the Salesforce security model within Apex and Lightning.
-
Work in an Agile/Scrum team environment, collaborating effectively with stakeholders and teammates.
-
Demonstrate strong communication skills and take a self-starter, collaborative approach.
Required Qualifications
-
3+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Lightning components and Apex.

Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL, test-driven development, and Salesforce governor limits.

Proven experience with Sales Cloud, and preferably Service Cloud.

Skilled in Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, with familiarity in ETL tools or middleware (e.g. Boomi).

Expertise in analyzing and improving solution architecture.
-
Experience using Salesforce debugger, Apex logs, and debugging Lightning components or flows.
-
Familiar with Salesforce release processes and CI/CD tooling.
-
Deep understanding of the Salesforce object model, sharing settings, permissions, and data security.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills—comfortable engaging across levels.
Preferred Skills
-
Exposure to Lightning Flow, Process Builder, or declarative automation.

Familiarity with Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant).

Past experience in structured release cycles or enterprise environments.

Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
