Job Summary:
A leading banking client is seeking a SAFe Certified Business Analyst with strong Agile experience to serve in a dual capacity as Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This hybrid position (onsite required) involves requirements gathering, backlog management, Agile ceremonies, and cross-functional team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define MVPs and prioritize product backlogs with Product Owners
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Lead requirement workshops and user story mapping
- Create detailed, testable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate across dev, QA, design, and business teams
- Document processes, wireframes, workflows
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and ensure solution quality
- Adhere to SAFe and Agile best practices
Must-Have Skills:
- SAFe Certification (Mandatory)
- 8+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile settings
- Experience acting as both BA and Scrum Master
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
- Background in Banking/Financial Services
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Tools: Jira, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq, Visio
- Experience with enterprise or government projects
