Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven solutions to support decision-making. This role serves as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications and business cases based on requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for development teams.
- Develop use cases, process flows, and user stories to support solution design.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and validate deliverables.
- Provide training, support, and documentation to end users.
- Monitor and evaluate solution effectiveness and propose enhancements.
- Create reports and dashboards to provide insights for business decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in business analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, JIRA, or similar.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., banking, healthcare, logistics].
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
