- Conduct evaluations of existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, validate, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
- Document workflows, process changes, and meeting outcomes.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, vendors, and development teams.
- Ensure all documentation complies with accessibility standards.
- Develop and execute test scripts.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and accessibility conformance testing.
- Track defects, system gaps, and issue resolutions.
- Compile test documentation and outcomes reports.
- Participate in Go-Live planning and execution.
- Track implementation changes and update documentation accordingly.
- Maintain accurate change management records and generate post-implementation reports.
- 5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, testing, and documentation.
- Proven ability to work independently and mentor others.
- Familiarity with government or public sector environments preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in accessibility standards and compliance is a plus.
