- Reports To: Manager, Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM)
Project Overview - Reason for Hire: Support enterprise-level portfolio modernization and migration from Clarity PPM to Planview
- Project Start Date: ASAP / Upon Completion of Onboarding
- Contract Duration: 6–12 months (with potential extension)
- Project Involvement:
- Migration from Clarity PPM to Planview
- Enhancement and customization of the Planview platform
- Integration of Planview with existing enterprise systems
- Support for portfolio and project management processes
Role Information - Title: Planview Developer / Technical Consultant
- Interview Mode: Video Interview (via Teams or WebEx)
- Work Hours: Standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST)
- Overtime: Minimal expected; paid at straight time
- Dress Code: Business casual
- Travel Required: None
- Target Pay Rate: $55–$65/hr

Responsibilities - Lead and support the migration from Clarity PPM (CA PPM) to Planview
- Design, develop, and implement enhancements in Planview
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs
- Ensure system integrity, performance, and data accuracy during and post-migration
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for enterprise portfolio management improvements
Required Skills - Hands-on experience with both Planview and Clarity PPM (CA PPM)
- 5+ years of experience in Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
- Expertise in enterprise portfolio management platforms
- Strong system integration, configuration, and customization experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- On-site availability in Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL
Desired Skills - Experience in enterprise-level PPM migrations
- Familiarity with other PPM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Selling Points - Lead role in a high-impact enterprise migration initiative
- Exposure to both Planview and Clarity PPM ecosystems
- Long-term project with extension potential
- Work with a seasoned EPM team in a collaborative, professional environment
