Job Description:
We are looking for highly skilled Security Engineers with proven expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM), cloud security, and Kubernetes security. The selected candidates will be responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access controls across hybrid cloud environments. This includes working with modern IAM tools, secrets management platforms, and implementing security best practices for containerized workloads.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, and coordinate implementation of identity services and tooling within cloud-native environments.
- Develop and enforce identity security best practices and controls across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments.
- Create and manage Identity & Access as Code using Terraform, Ansible, and other IaC tools.
- Implement and maintain HashiCorp Vault and/or CyberArk for secrets and certificate management.
- Manage RBAC and namespace-based access controls in Kubernetes clusters and OpenShift.
- Support Zero Trust architecture initiatives, least-privilege policies, and separation of duties.
- Secure container orchestration platforms by enforcing pod security, ingress/egress rules, and network policies.
- Integrate IAM policies with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains.
- Provide subject matter expertise on federated authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect.
- Collaborate with Security, DevOps, and Cloud Engineering teams to resolve high-severity incidents and implement preventive controls.
- Monitor IAM systems and analyze logs to detect anomalies, suspicious activities, or policy violations.
- Perform vulnerability and threat analysis within cloud and containerized environments.
- Stay up-to-date with latest identity threats, IAM trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Security, with at least 4 years focused on IAM.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure EntraID, GCP IAM).
- Strong expertise with Terraform, Ansible, Vault, and other security automation tools.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes security and containerized application security in production environments.
- Experience with cloud-native services and platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure, and OpenShift.
- Advanced knowledge of identity security concepts, Zero Trust models, and hybrid cloud security.
- Understanding of encryption types, protocols, and token-based authentication mechanisms.
- Hands-on experience implementing RBAC, namespace security, and service mesh integration in Kubernetes.
Preferred Certifications (not mandatory):
- CISSP – Certified Information Systems Security Professional
- CIAM – Certified Identity and Access Manager
- CIMP – Certified Information Management Professional
- Other relevant certifications in cloud security or IAM technologies are a plus
