Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA (local IDs only)
Duration: 6m+
Visa: GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT
Interview: Video i/v
- Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Responsibilities:
- Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, risk assessment, and business impact. Ensure all documentation meets established quality standards
- Enforce change management policies and procedures, ensuring consistent execution across all change types.
- Partner with internal teams to understand operational needs and confirm readiness for change implementation.
- Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Participate in rotational on-call coverage for emergency changes and planned maintenance windows.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in Change Management process and operations.
- Strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Proven success in driving process and operational excellence through structured change control.
- Experience enforcing governance to maintain stability across IT environments while minimizing disruption.
- Proficiency with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, myTechExpress).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads in fast-paced environments.
